ANXIETY 1 is best if you have no or little experience in regulating and controlling your breath, and like a slow-paced, very gentle class.

If you have had experience in controlling and regulating your breath and like a quicker pace with stronger body movements, then ANXIETY 2 would be best for you.

A trauma sensitive approach is taken, meaning that all instructions are invitational and optional and your Therapist takes great care to minimise  potential triggers. Because of the invitational nature of the class,  you remain in control. You can choose to join in, take a break or even leave if you need to.

A typical session starts with breathing techniques, moves to gentle yoga poses and ends with a deep relaxation.

These sessions go for 1 hour.

You do not need to have any previous yoga experience and you do NOT need to be flexible, skinny or fit.
