GROUP SESSIONS

Groups Sessions are held at the Clinic and run as 6-week courses.  

Each course has a particular mental health focus, eg Anxiety, Stress, Depression etc

The groups have an absolute maximum of EIGHT people.

PRIVATE SESSIONS

Private Sessions are held at the Clinic and they are one-on-one consultations that focus on your particular mental health challenge.

I recommend booking FOUR sessions so that we can carefully plan and monitor your progress.

IN-HOME SESSIONS

In-Home Sessions are held in your home and they are one-on-one consultations that focus on your particular mental health challenge.

CORPORATE SESSIONS

Corporate Sessions are held in the workplace or at the Clinic.

These sessions can be targeted to a particular issue eg stress, or can have a general mental health focus.

I recommend booking FOUR sessions so that the participants gain real benefits from the sessions.
