About the event
Have you lost touch with your inner light?
Maybe you have completely forgotten that there is always a light within that shines with joy and contentment.
Mental & physical health challenges, work pressures, relationship issues, family management and a myriad of other experiences can all slowly extinguish that inner light that glows within.
This retreat is all about reconnecting with and re-igniting that inner light.
Its about being in a very safe, supportive and non-judging environment where you can just BE; free to let go of whatever others expect from you, and instead use all that energy to re-connect with you, the real you . . . you’re going to let your little light shine!

This room has 2 x bunks and you will be sharing with three other people. This room is in a cabin with shared bathroom, toilets, kitchen, lounge area and laundry. There is a cosy wood fire in the cabin and heating in the room.
