Have you lost touch with your inner light?

Maybe you have completely forgotten that there is always a light within that shines with joy and contentment.

Mental & physical health challenges, work pressures, relationship issues, family management and a myriad of other experiences can all slowly extinguish that inner light that glows within.

This retreat is all about reconnecting with and re-igniting that inner light.

Its about being in a very safe, supportive and non-judging environment where you can just BE; free to let go of whatever others expect from you, and instead use all that energy to re-connect with you, the real you . . . you’re going to let your little light shine!

THE DETAILS:

“I AM LIGHT” is a therapeutic yoga retreat to help you re-discover your inner light.

It is organised by Yoga Therapy Geelong, a specialist mental health yoga therapy clinic.

You do not have to be diagnosed with a mental health challenge or experienced in yoga to join in.

Adrienne will be assisted by Sally Sudweeks, a Certified Nature Based Therapist with many years experience working with people with mental health challenges.

Both Adrienne & Sally are certified Mental & Physical Health First Aiders.

The Sound Healing Session will be led by Jennifer Robson, a Certified Sound Therapist.

PRIVATE: $700

Your own private room with shared facilities.

TWIN SHARE: $450

2 single beds, sharing with one other person and shared facilities.

TRIPLE: $400

2 x bunks, sharing with two other people and shared facilities

QUAD: $350

2 x bunks, sharing with three other people and shared facilities

THE ACCOMODATION:

This is a NOT a luxury five-star resort type retreat. The accommodation is very comfortable and warm, but quite basic. Your room will be in a cabin with shared bathroom, toilets, kitchen, lounge area and laundry. There is a cosy wood fire in each of the cabins and heating in the rooms.

The rooms have either 2 single beds or 2 bunks.

If you have someone you would like to share with, please let me know when you make your booking so I can reserve that room for you. If you do not mind who your are bunking in with, I will allocate your room-mates.
